What to bring on boat

What to carry on sailing boat:

It’s recommended a rucksack or a beach bag for the shower.

A summer/winter sleeping bag due to the season.
A pillowcase - set for private cleaning and towels.
Liquid sea soap (in nautical stores; it pollutes less and you’ll have a water saving).
Full oilskins.
Sailing shoes or sneakers with light-coloured sole (to use only on board).
Rubber slipper for the shower (avoid clogs).
An hat against sun and cold.
Sunglasses (with safety string).
Medicines: aspirins® and analgesics, sting cream; for who thinks to suffer from seasickness TRANSCOP in plaster (out for sale in Pharmacy and is prescriptible under the National Health Service).
